Travelling from Exeter

Exit from M5 at junction for Okehamptom/ Bodmin .Continue along A30 following signs to LAUNCESTON
Take exit for Launceston, At roundabout take second exit signposted B3254 (South Petherwin) Follow Road for 5 miles until reach cross roads (Congdons Shop). Continue across the crossroads following signs for Liskeard for two miles. At foot of hill turn left (sign posted Lynher Farm B&B) Continue for approx 1/2 mile

Travelling from PlymouthLeaving the Tamer Bridge and tunnel behind, you will come to a large roundabout . Take the 3rd exit towards Callington. Continue on to the outskirts of Callington straight across the first roundabout through the traffic lights
 on to Kelly Bray [ Launceston Rd] Almost a mile from here you should see a sign to Bodmin on the left-hand side [ B
Take this road continue through Bray Shop, Coads Green & then Congdons Shop & War memorial turn left on to the B3254 towards Liskeard just over a mile at foot of hill turn left [sign posted Bed &Breakfast ]continue for approx 1/2 mile
